This program is designed to provide discounted electric rates to low income families to assist with their utility bills. Eligible residential customers will receive a 20% discount on utility charges. Program qualification and applicability are shown in Section 23.6 and Rate Schedule N of Island Energy’s Tariff. This program is funded through the Public Benefits Fund.
