Island Energy offers rebates on qualified energy-efficient products and improvements for your home. When you purchase and install these products, you can save energy and money while reducing your impact on the environment.

How to Apply

1. Be sure to review the important qualification information for the energy-efficient product before your purchase.
2. Purchase and install the qualifying product(s) in your home and save the invoice for product purchase and installation.
3. Three easy ways to apply:
• Online: Submit the Residential Energy Efficiency Rebate Program Application Form and support documents online.
• Mail: Complete and print the Residential Energy Efficiency Rebate Program Application Form. Mail the completed rebate application and support documents to Island Energy’s office at 995 Walnut Ave. Vallejo, CA 94565.
• Drop-off: Complete and print the Residential Energy Efficiency Rebate Program Application Form. Drop the completed rebate application and support documents off at Island Energy’s office at 995 Walnut Ave. Vallejo, CA 94565.
4. All rebate applications must be received within 60 days from date of purchase.
5. Rebate eligibility and amounts are subject to change at any time.

Rebates at a Glance

Requirements for Energy Start Thermostat

• Smart Thermostat must be new, replacing an existing manual or programmable thermostat.
• Residential Customers who apply for rebate must have an active electric and natural gas account with Island Energy.
• Installation address must be on Mare Island.
• Smart thermostat must be installed and connected to Wi-Fi.
• Residence must have a central heating and/or cooling system.
