We are writing to inform you that the Arbor Day tree planting event scheduled for Saturday, March 8th at Giacomelli Park has been postponed due to unforeseen circumstances.

We understand that you have generously volunteered your time and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We were looking forward to working with you to enhance our city's green spaces.

We are actively working to reschedule the event and will send out an updated date and time as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
